Good to Know
- Orders can be placed online up to 1 pm the day before your scheduled delivery date
- We only deliver to business addresses
- Sorry, we cannot deliver to residential addresses, even if this is where you run your business
- All applications will require a credit check
- First 3 orders are to be paid on a Pro Forma basis. After that, payment terms are 14 days from date of invoice
- Orders are to be paid for by direct debit - click here to see how this works.
- We are unable to open any accounts that sell on 3rd party platforms/marketplaces e.g Amazon, Ebay
- We do not offer dropshipping, and are unable to open any accounts that are not 100% pet, e.g if you also sell beauty products, clothing, electrical etc
- If you are an e-commerce business selling purely pet, we cannot guarantee opening an account due to high demand.
