Ordering
Orders can be placed online up to 1 pm the day before your scheduled delivery date.
Business Addresses
We deliver to registered business addresses only.
Credit Check
All applications are subject to a credit check.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are based on your credit assessment. Some new accounts may begin on a pro forma basis before moving to standard terms.
Marketplace Policy
Unfortunately we cannot open accounts for businesses selling on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon or eBay.
Product Range Requirement
We do not offer dropshipping and only supply businesses that are 100% pet-focused.
Ecommerce Applications
Applications from online-only pet retailers are welcome, but account approval cannot be guaranteed due to demand.
