Paying by Direct Debit has a number of advantages including:

  • Peace of mind - you won't miss a payment, making sure your account runs smoothly
  • Payments fully protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee Scheme

 

How safe is Direct Debiting?

The system has been designed by Banks to keep you, the payer, fully protected.

Only organisations approved by the Banks are allowed to operate the system. Pedigree Wholesale has received the Banks' approval to do this.

Direct Debits will only be made strictly within the terms of the instructions you have signed.

You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by writing to your Bank or Building Society.

If your money is ever collected incorrectly, your Bank or Building Society is required to give you a full and immediate refund.

 

How will it work?

 

Invoices will be produced at the point of delivery and either emailed or posted to your nominated address. The amount due will be deducted from your nominated Bank or Building Society account on the due date, and this will be clearly highlighted on the invoice.

 

What if I have a query about my invoice?

 

If there is a query or discrepancy on your invoice please contact our Customer Services Team on 0115 982 3900.

Payment is not deducted until the invoice due date, allowing plenty of time to resolve any queries you may have.

 

How are credits processed?

 

All agreed Credits will be deducted from your outstanding balance and shown on your Statement as per our current procedure.

 

How do I set up a Direct Debit?

 

Setting up a Direct Debit couldn't be simpler, just click on the button below and fill in the online Direct Debit instruction form.

Once we have received your instruction we will set up the Direct Debit with your Bank or Building Society within the next 14 days. Once this has been completed we will notify you by post.
